  • Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over A$50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

  • Items are in original condition (unopened with tags attached)

For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Pins & Stickers (once packaging is opened)
  • Cuddle Barn electronic plush (unless defective)
  • Items not in original condition (missing tags, opened, or used)

  • We’ll process refunds within 3-5 business days
  • Original shipping costs aren’t refundable
  • Refunds go to your original payment method
