Snugpals Store (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates plushnplay.com, offering the squishiest, most huggable plush toys including SQUISHMALLOWS, Warmies, sensory toys and other delightful companions.

2. Your Plush Shopping Experience

2.1 Website Use

You agree to:

• Use our site only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information when creating accounts or making purchases
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases

2.2 Product Information

We take care to accurately represent our plush pals, but please note:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings
• All sensory toys meet safety standards but require adult supervision for young children
• Product availability changes frequently – items may become unavailable after ordering

3. Ordering Your Plush Pals

3.1 How Orders Work

When you place an order:

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email
• We carefully pack your items within 1-2 business days
• The contract is formed when we email your order confirmation

3.2 Pricing & Payment

Payment details:

• Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable
• We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal
• Your payment is processed when you place the order
• If an item’s price is incorrect, we’ll contact you before processing

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two cuddly shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (A$12.95): via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over A$50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

4.2 Delivery Areas

We currently ship to most regions except:

• Parts of Asia
• Remote areas (determined by carrier limitations)

4.3 Delivery Issues

If your plush pals don’t arrive:

• Check tracking information first
• Contact the carrier if the package is marked as delivered
• Notify us within 7 days of expected delivery for assistance

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Our Cuddly Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if:

• Items are in original condition (unopened with tags attached)
• You contact us first at [email protected]
• The item isn’t on our non-returnable list (see below)

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns for:

• Pins & Stickers (once packaging is opened)
• Cuddle Barn electronic plush (unless defective)
• Items not in original condition (missing tags, opened, or used)

5.3 Refund Process

When we receive your return:

• We’ll process refunds within 3-5 business days
• Original shipping costs aren’t refundable
• Refunds go to your original payment method

5.4 Exchanges

Want a different plush friend?

• Follow the return process and specify your exchange request
• You’re responsible for any price difference and new shipping costs
• Exchange items must be in stock

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our site is our property or used with permission:

• You may not use our images, logos, or product names without permission
• Brand names like SQUISHMALLOWS and Warmies are trademarks of their respective owners
